We’re only in Week 2, but it doesn’t appear Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is slowing down. Somehow, he’s getting better.

Welcome back to NFL quarterback rankings. Week 2, and already so many injuries to parse through. Let’s get down to business.

Enjoy, and feel free to torch my mentions on Twitter (@mattverderame).

Ryan Lindley Division

32. Ryan Fitzpatrick (LW: 32)

Fitzpatrick shouldn’t be starting for the Dolphins. Josh Rosen should be getting the nod, even if either track means 0-16 or something close to it. Starting Fitz makes no sense.

31. Luke Falk (LW: NA)

Falk is a career backup. Ultimately, if the New York Jets have any hope this season, Falk will need to play his absolute best.

30. Mason Rudolph (LW: NA)

Rudolph has to earn his way up the list. He’s going to. have his chance with Ben Roethlisberger out for the season with an elbow injury. Early returns were promising against Seattle.
