NFL DraftKings: Wide Receivers

Odell Beckham Jr. $6,800

There’s no skirting around the fact that OBJ has been one of the biggest disappointments in football this year. But if you were able to watch their train wreck against the 49ers last week, you would have noticed that they seemed to be making a concerted effort to get Beckham involved. OBJ was very vocal this week about wanting more opportunities, and it’s only a matter of time before a player of his caliber explodes for a few big plays. Seattle has been beatable through the air, and this might be the last week you have a chance to play OBJ at less than 7k.

DeDe Westbrook $5,100

After repeatedly getting toasted at the start of the season, Marshon Lattimore has picked it up the last few weeks and is once again playing like one of the top shutdown cornerbacks in the NFL. Why does that matter for Westbrook? Because Lattimore is expected to spend the majority of Sunday blanketing D.J. Chark. With New Orleans fielding a ferocious run defense, it’s unlikely that Jacksonville will be able to generate much success on the ground. The stars are aligned for Minshew to have to lean on Westbrook, who quietly, has collected at least 5 catches in each of the last 3 games.

Preston Williams $4,100

Based on comments made earlier this week, Josh Rosen is eager to prove to the Dolphins that he’s their quarterback of the future. This is a juicy matchup that both Preston Williams and DeVante Parker should be able to take advantage of. Both guys are playable, but it has been Williams who has received more targets from Rosen the last two weeks.
