12. Jimmy Garoppolo (LW: 13)

The 49ers are undefeated, and Jimmy Garoppolo has room to grow. Frankly, ranking Garoppolo this high is aggressive, but who below him should be in this spot? Not a great year for quarterback play considering the rules. Also, Jimmy G is coming off a torn ACL, so better play coming soon is not out of the question.

11. Lamar Jackson (LW: 14)

Jackson is moving up, mostly because of his legs. The Ravens are an average team, but Jackson makes them dangerous with his ability to get outside the pocket and cause havoc. Against Cincinnati, Jackson ran for 152 yards and a touchdown while totaling 236 yards through the air.

10. Carson Wentz (LW: 10)

Wentz has been erratic for much of the season, but he’s also dealing with a rotating (and injured) supporting cast. Thus far, the former No. 2 overall selection has thrown for 1,458 yards and 12 touchdowns against three interceptions, while completing 61 percent of his attempts.

9. Dak Prescott (LW: 6)

Prescott began the season on fire. He has since cooled off. The first three games? Nine touchdowns, two interceptions. The last three games? Two touchdowns and four interceptions. He’ll need to redeem himself considerably against the Eagles on Sunday night.
