MLW Fusion preview for Oct. 19, 2019
By Paul Bradley
MLW continues their run of shows in Tijuana as Jimmy Havoc takes control as the executive producer of this week’s Fusion.
MLW continues their string of Tijuana shows but this week’s has some dark energy emanating from it. “The King of the Goths” Jimmy Havoc is the executive producer and matchmaker for this episode of Fusion and for anyone who is familiar with Havoc they should know this episode is going to be very violent and quite chaotic.
In the first of two confirmed matches for “Jimmy Havoc’s Slaughterhouse”, the executive producer himself, Havoc, will be taking on Damian 666 and Savio Vega in a “Pentagram Death Match.” Havoc made this match himself in a masochistic display of self expression. Damian will be making his MLW debut in this match and Vega will be looking to gain some traction as one of the newer roster members in MLW. This match is set to be one of the most violent matches in recent MLW history and fans should expect violence in spades.

The second confirmed match for this show is a Tijuana Street Fight pitting El Hijo de LA Park against the mastermind behind Contra Unit, Josef Samael. Both Promociones Dorado and Contra Unit got to pick which members of their stable would participate in this match and Hijo and Samael were the selected fighters. The continued hostility between the two units will only make this match more violent and intense as the upcoming clash between LA Park and Jacob Fatu draws nearer.
MLW has also promised that fans will see another trios match on this Saturday’s episode of Fusion as well as segments featuring Salina de la Renta, Austin Aries and The Dynasty.
This will be the last or second-to-last Fusion to emanate to from Tijuana and will be an especially violent episode. Fans of lucha libre and hardcore matches should clear their schedules for Saturday night.
