Linebacker/Safety. Las Vegas Raiders. Isaiah Simmons. 13. player. 28.

With their second of two top-15 picks in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Las Vegas Raiders should look to bring in a player on the other side of the ball. After taking CeeDee Lamb at pick No. 11, the Raiders address another hole on their roster by adding one of the better hybrid defensive players in the draft class.

Isaiah Simmons from Clemson is one of the more interesting defensive talent available next April, as he has the ability to play all over the defense. Luckily for the Raiders, they need help at both the Safety, and linebacker spots, and Simmons is a guy who can fill the void at both spots if need be in 2020 and beyond.

The fact is, the Raiders are a few players away from being very good, and they have shown they can hang in with most teams in 2019. If they are smart, they will keep both of their first round picks in 2020, much like they kept all three of their first rounders in 2019, and continue to bolster this roster through the draft.

14. player. 32. . Wide Receiver. Arizona Cardinals. Henry Ruggs III

The Arizona Cardinals have actually been better than advertised this season, but are coming off a crushing loss at the hands of the New Orleans Saints this past week. The bottom line is, the Cardinals are not ready to challenge the elite in the NFC just yet, but Kyler Murray has been spectacular, and this franchise is definitely trending in the right direction.

Looking at the Cardinals roster, they certainly could use some help at the wide receiver position moving forward, especially if they want Murray to continue to develop as a passer. Star wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is not getting any younger, but is still productive, and could help a young player like Henry Ruggs III in his development.

Arizona has some nice young pieces on this roster, and they have hung in there during most of their games in 2019. If they want to continue to get better as a franchise, they have to continue to put solid pieces around Murray, and they can accomplish that by bringing in Ruggs to compliment Fitz moving forward.
