Top star players, best value picks, and guys you should stay a way from on November 15 in NBA Daily Fantasy Sports on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Welcome to Studs, Scrubs, and Duds; FanSided’s daily fantasy NBA lineup helper.

Here’s what’s on the slate for tonight:

7 p.m. ET: Detroit at Charlotte, San Antonio at Orlando
8 p.m. ET: Indiana at Houston, Utah at Memphis, Washington at Minnesota, Philadelphia at Oklahoma City
10:30 p.m. ET: Boston at Golden State, Sacramento at LA Lakers

How this works:

Studs: Top high salary picks that you can build your lineup around.
Scrubs: Value players looking for a big night or consistent options to help fill out your lineup.
Duds: Players to avoid given their high salary and/or poor matchup.

Five players are picked on each slide, positions are not applicable, and both DraftKings and FanDuel salaries are listed.

Studs

James Harden (vs IND – $12,300 on DK; $12,500 on FD): I’m not doubting James Harden at this point. If Russell Westbrook sits in this game, that’s even better for Harden. But really, it doesn’t matter. The Rockets are dominating again with Harden ball and even though he’s the most costly player on the night, he’s likely to be the top scorer as well.

Domantas Sabonis (at HOU – $ 8,700on DK; $9,500 on FD): The Rockets defense remains a question mark and Sabonis is a walking double-double. He’ll also chip in with assists. The Rockets are weak against the position as well. He’s near the top of the salary list but he should end up as one of the top scorers, playing well over his value.

Kemba Walker (at GS – $8,200 on DK; $9,100 on FD): Kemba shows no signs of slowing down and now he gets the Warriors and whatever they offer on defense. Which isn’t much. The only concern here is a blowout or the Celtics being a well rounded team and not needing a big scoring explosion from Kemba. But definitely grab one of the top 3 stars from the Celtics. I’m rolling with Kemba based on consistency.

Ben Simmons (at OKC – $7,200 on DK; $8,300 on FD): The Thunder are weak against the position and Simmons has been consistent if nothing else. His salary has dropped but you’re obviously looking for a big game out of him. And this will be a big game for him. The focus will be on Embiid and Simmons will thrive. A triple-double is a possibility.

Luke Kennard (at CHA – $6,500 on DK; $6,600 on FD): Point Kennard remains in the building. He’s on the low end of the higher salaries and not only provides a high ceiling with his scoring and play making, but also provides consistency. He’s not going to hurt you and the big game potential is there. This should be an easy night of value against the Hornets.
