DraftKings NBA picks November 17: King James III

There are six games on our Sunday in the NBA, but the DraftKings NBA slates are chopped. Cleveland and Sacramento both tip in the afternoon, so we have a two game afternoon DraftKings NBA slate. The other four games make up the DraftKings NBA main slate that starts an hour earlier than normal at 6pm eastern.

Just because the early slate is small doesn’t mean that there aren’t some good players in action. It also doesn’t mean that we don’t have to worry about injuries or rest. Here’s what we have so far:

Marvin Bagley (out), Larry Nance (questionable), Robert Williams (questionable), Trevor Ariza (questionable), De’Aaron Fox (out), Caleb Swanigan (questionable), Gordon Hayward (out), Romeo Langford (questionable), John Henson (out), Dylan Windler (out), Ante Zizic (questionable), Zhaire Smith (out).

The main slate is littered with injuries as well.

Out: D’Angelo Russell (thumb), Kevin Huerter (shoulder), Avery Bradley (leg), Damian Lee (hand), Steph Curry (hand), John Collins (suspension), Ian Mahinmi (Achilles), John Wall (Achilles), Darius Miller (Achilles), Zion Williamson (knee), Klay Thompson (knee), Kevon Looney (hamstring), Jacob Evans (hip), Alen Smailagic (ankle), DeMarcus Cousins (knee), Andre Iguodala (personal), Grayson Allen (ankle),

Questionable: Brandon Ingram (knee), Derrick Favors (back), Will Barton (adductor), Jonathan Isaac (ankle), Lonzo Ball (hip), Josh Hart (knee), JJ Redick (toe), Frank Jackson (neck), Jahlil Okafor (ankle), Vince Carter (personal),

Isaac practiced in full yesterday, so he’s on the right track. Both the Warriors and Pelicans are M*A*S*H* units right now. That’s where the value is coming from.

It was a rough night last night. Both lineups fell well short of the 291.25 required to cash. Harden and Towns were money, but Wes Matthews and Jarrett Culver hurt the bottom line. A poor game by Bledsoe didn’t help.

beefstew93 can buy a hell of a lot more stew now thanks to this takedown with 358.25 DraftKings points. The balanced build worked here. There was no Harden or Giannis, but Butler, LMA, Lillard, Paul George, and Bam came up huge with great value out of Mitch Robinson, Nickell Alexander-Walker, and McLemore.
