Jay Cutler Division

21. Baker Mayfield (LW: 21)

Mayfield was average on Thursday night. He threw for 193 on 17-of-32. He needs to be better after teasing us all in his rookie season. At 4-6, the Browns are on life support but with an easy schedule ahead, could make a run.

20. Josh Allen (LW: 20)

Allen is a weird evaluation. The accuracy is a problem and 13 touchdowns with seven interceptions isn’t great. However, the Bills are 7-3 and Allen makes plays with his arm and legs. Right now, he’s average.

19. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 19)

With Tannehill starting, the Titans are 3-1 and playing well. The docket is daunting in the coming weeks, so the former Dolphins first-round pick has to play at his peak level. Tannehill has been an upgrade over Marcus Mariota, and now he needs to take it up another notch.

18. Jared Goff (LW: 15)

Goff has been terrible this year. The Rams were a well-oiled machine last year. This year, the line has fallen apart, the receivers have been hurt and Todd Gurley has been limited. Instead of elevating the supporting cast, Goff has fallen apart.

17. Nick Foles (LW: 17)

Foles made his first start since breaking his clavicle Week 1 against the Chiefs. The results? Not great. The Jaguars were blown out by the Colts in Indianapolis, and Foles failed to throw for 300 yards despite 47 attempts.
