John Brodie Division

16. Jacoby Brissett (LW: 16)

Brissett has been fine this year. Hard to argue with 15 interceptions against four interceptions, but throwing for 1,926 yards on 6.8 YPA isn’t special. For coming into training camp as a backup and being thrust into the starting role, Brissett has been solid.

15. Philip Rivers (LW: 15)

It’s time for Rivers and the Los Angeles Chargers to part ways. Rivers is turning 38 years old in December and will be a free agent. The Chargers need to go younger and towards the future. Rivers has enjoyed a great career, but he’s on the downside in a major way.

14. Ryan Tannehill (LW: 19)

Tannehill has been terrific since coming on for Marcus Mariota. The Titans are 6-5 and in the mix behind their new starter, who has completed 72 percent of his throws for 9.2 YPA and 10 touchdowns. Just a phenomenal month and change for Tannehill.

13. Kyler Murray (LW: 13)

Murray has very limited talent around him, and yet he’s looked solid as a rookie with significant room to grow. Under first-year head coach Kliff Kingsbury, the Cardinals are exciting offensively. Murray already has 2,703 passing yards and only five interceptions.
