DraftKings EuroLeague basketball picks December 18

Round 14 of DraftKings EuroLeague play starts ends on Wednesday with only three games. There are still plenty of options out there, but the value isn’t as easy to find. Let’s see if injuries open something up.

Out: Tyler Cavanaugh (undisclosed), Stratos Perperoglu (knee), Mikhail Kulagin (calf), Will Clyburn (knee), Thomas Bray (undisclosed), Stefan Peno (knee).

Questionable: Janis Timma (undisclosed), Nihad Dedovic (knee), Darrun Hilliard (knee), Johannes Thiemann (concussion), Filip Covic (undisclosed), Leon Radosevic (ankle), Egor Vialtsev (knee),

We still don’t know what’s wrong with Timma, so we can’t really speculate how close he is to playing. Fun stuff! Spanoulis is expected to play, but we never really know until tipoff. Tim Schneider did play in the domestic league game last week, so he is expected to play. We just don’t know how much.

Yesterday’s line was destroyed by Sertac Sanli. Only one dud (like four DraftKings points) can end your day early.

The rotations can be frustrating sometimes as more players see the court than in your average NBA game. The games themselves are also shorter, playing four ten minute quarters as opposed to 12 minutes in the NBA. The court is smaller, the lane is bigger, and the three point line is closer, but the action is still what you would expect from world class basketball!

For DraftKings EuroLeague, we can’t expect 5x value like in the NBA. Most winning lineups are around 180-200 DraftKings points, which is around 3.5 – 4x value.
