The Cincinnati Bengals still hold the first overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and they would be wise to select the 2019 Heisman Trophy winner.

As we enter Week 16 of the 2019 NFL season, teams are starting to punch their tickets to the playoffs, which was the case for five franchises this past weekend. For some teams, the offseason has basically already started, including the Cincinnati Bengals, who still hold the No. 1 overall pick next April.

Here is our latest 2020 NFL mock draft.

1. player. 56. . Quarterback. Cincinnati Bengals. Joe Burrow

The Cincinnati Bengals hung tough against the New England Patriots for two quarters on Sunday, before being blown out by Tom Brady and company in the second half. For the Bengals, this has been a season to forget, but it also could net them something they lack right now, which is a franchise quarterback.

Andy Dalton has had his fair share of solid seasons for the Bengals, but he never led them to any kind of significant win. With the No. 1 overall selection next April, Cincinnati should look to bring in a guy who can lead the franchise for the next 15 seasons, and that guy is Joe Burrow from LSU, who recently won the Heisman Trophy.

Burrow can do it all from his quarterback position, as he has the arm to fit the ball into tight windows, and is also sneaky athletic. The Bengals are going to need a facelift after the season, and they might as well start with a new face of the franchise with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

31. . Edge. New York Giants. Chase Young. 2. player

The New York Giants gave the best quarterback in franchise history the perfect sendoff on Sunday, beating the Miami Dolphins behind multiple touchdown passes by Eli Manning. After the game, head coach Pat Shurmur gave Manning the game ball, in what just may be his final start for a franchise he led to two Super Bowl titles.

In 2020, the reigns will be passed to Daniel Jones, who took over for Manning after Week 2, but has since had some issues with his ankle, and has had to sit out the last two games. With the No. 2 overall pick in April, New York has to grab the best player available, as they have been one of the worst franchises in football for the past five years.

Unfortunately for the Giants, the best player in this draft may not even declare for it, as Chase Young from Ohio State has said the plan is to return to the Buckeyes next season. If that happens, it will be the worst-case scenario for the Giants, but until he makes it official, we are going to continue to slot him here.
