DraftKings NBA Centers:

Best Bets:

Anthony Davis ($10,100): There’s no guarantee that Davis plays, and if he does, this may be a game that LeBron takes over anyway. That said, I like the potential for Davis here. The Bucks are solid but unspectacular up front. Davis can really do some damage if he’s at 100% and LeBron is in a sharing mood.

Rudy Gobert ($7,800): Gobert has at least 40 DraftKings points in five straight and six of the last seven. He should continue that streak tonight against the Hawks. The big draw for me tonight is that Gobert could be largely ignored with the cash flow being tight due to all of the stars out tonight. He’s a sure 5x value at low ownership.

Honorable Mention:

Clint Capela ($7,600): Capela has had two strong games against the Clippers so far this year with a combined 68.75 DraftKings points in 72 minutes.  An interesting build that I am toying with is running both Capela and Gobert and avoiding all of the other high priced options. If Harden goes for 70 again, it’s a bad deal, but if he’s only around 50, that could be a path to the cash line. Both Capela and Gobert could be largely ignored here.

Jarrett Allen ($6,500): The Spurs are pretty weak up front, and Allen has shown the ability to light up inferior teams. I really like the price on Allen here. He provides a way to still get solid value at center while not dredging the bottom and dragging up crap.

Dark Horses:

Dwight Howard ($5,000): Howard put up a season high 20 actual points on the Pacers on Tuesday. He was perfect from the field on his ten shots. What are the chances of this happening again? Very low. If going with a Lakers center, Howard is probably slightly safer than McGee.

DeAndre Jordan ($4,800): Jordan isn’t seeing a whole lot of minutes, but he is putting up pretty big numbers for the minutes he plays. Jordan has 114.5 DraftKIngs points over 82 minutes in the last four games. That still makes him a very good value at this price.
