Buy Low on Josh Richardson

Buy low on the 76er who currently ranked at 120 (with a rank of 234 in the last two weeks). Saying that Richardson has been pretty bad this season would be an understatement.

Despite his horrendous start, I still think Richardson is due for a major bounce back. He is coming off a hamstring injury – the major reason for his low rank the past two weeks- and recently admitted to still feeling pain in his shooting wrist after a fall a few weeks ago.

Give him a bit of time and the 26 year old will likely bounce back. A top 80 finish is not out of the question given that he has finished as the 53rd and 67th ranked fantasy player in 2017-18 and 2018-19.

Granted, he has a lower usage in Philly than he did with Miami, but I would argue that being on a stronger team, with better facilitators and offensive weapons, will allow Richardson to focus more on the defensive side (steals and blocks), get more open looks from 3, have less responsibility handling the ball (lower turnovers) and shoot better than his current 43% from the field.

I would trade away guys like OG Anunoby, Evan Fournier, Jabari Parker, and Jeff Teague to buy low on him. You could probably even get Josh Richardson by packaging, say Carmelo Anthony and Joe Harris together.
