DraftKings NBA picks December 23: Beal is the one man gang

We have a big day for our DraftKings NBA tournaments before the Association takes Christmas Eve off. There are 11 games tonight, and a ton of star power on the slate. Who should we pay for? Who isn’t worth the trouble? We have a lot to go through tonight. We’ll start with the injuries.

Out: Pascal Siakam (groin), Steph Curry (hand), Klay Thompson (knee), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Deandre Ayton (ankle), Davis Bertans (quad), Victor Oladipo (knee), Zion Williamson (knee), Norman Powell (shoulder), Rui Hachimura (groin), Justise Winslow (back), Thomas Bryant (foot), Mike Conley (hamstring), Marc Gasol (hamstring), Mo Wagner (ankle), Isaiah Thomas (suspension), Otto Porter (foot), Christian Wood (knee), Jake Layman (toe), Jordan McRae (finger), Zach Collins (shoulder), Dion Waiters (suspension), Reggie Jackson (back), Michael Carter-Williams (shoulder), C.J. Miles (wrist), John Wall (Achilles), Eric Gordon (knee), Nene (hip), Gerald Green (foot), Matisse Thybulle (knee), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Matt Thomas (finger), Dewan Hernandez (ankle), Stanley Johnson (groin), Al-Farouq Aminu (knee), Khyri Thomas (foot), Darius Miller (Achilles), Dylan Windler (leg), Andre Iguodala (personal).

Questionable: Karl-Anthony Towns (knee), Ricky Rubio (illness), Jonas Valanciunas (foot), Blake Griffin (illness), Carmelo Anthony (knee), Bogdan Bogdanovic (ankle), Jeremy Lamb (groin), Larry Nance (knee), Eric Paschall (knee), Glenn Robinson III (ankle), Wayne Ellington (Achilles), Reggie Bullock (back), Chandler Hutchison (shoulder), Evan Turner (hamstring),

There’s a lot to watch everywhere on this injury report. It’s that long even with the probables left off!

Paul George was a total bust last night. So was 90% of the Pacers value. I was still close to the cash line, but close doesn’t help my DraftKings balance.

Fat_Monkeys got the takedown with a solid 357.75 DraftKings points. He built with Giannis, Sabonis, Tatum, and Steven Adams and  got nice value out of Rondo, LouWill, Shamet, and Kuzma. Solid balance with a star performance from Giannis brought it home.

Just because you don’t see someone on here doesn’t mean they are a bad play. I just think the ones listed herein are better.
