WWE Monday Night Raw preview, December 23: Watch online

Here is the information you need for the Dec. 23, 2019 edition of WWE Monday Night Raw.

Merry Christmas everyone! As we are still about a month away from the 2020 WWE Royal Rumble, there are a few things that need to be settled between now and then. Let’s take a look at a couple of things we can expect this week on Monday Night Raw.

Over the last month, Seth Rollins has shown us his true colors. With his recent assaults on Kevin Owens, one person stood up and defended Owens. That man was Rey Mysterio. But he paid a price for that last week, as Rollins attacked Mysterio during a gauntlet match. He then issued a challenge to Mysterio for the United States Championship, which was accepted.

It will be the first meeting between Rollins and Mysterio, although the champion was more set on facing Andrade after the gauntlet match last week. Now that this match is set, Mysterio will need to be on full alert as the Authors of Pain will no doubt be close as well. Can he overcome the Beastslayer and retain the title, or will the numbers game be too much to handle?

Also this week, we’ll see a six-man tag match as well. Two situations will be dealt with in the same match. Randy Orton will team with the Raw Tag Team Champions, The Viking Raiders, to face The O.C. Orton has been on a collision course with AJ Styles over the last few weeks, and Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson now hold two victories over the champions. It will definitely be a combustible environment this week, when all six men will square off this Monday night. What will happen when two explosive sides go to war?
