DraftKings college football picks December 31

We have another four game DraftKings college football slate for the last day of 2019. The Kentucky-Virginia Tech game was left off of this slate since it starts at noon eastern. That’s disappointing since I could really use some Smoke and Lynn Bowden on this slate.

More from DraftKings

We still have some good ones on here though. Navy’s triple option against a good Kansas State defense. Another bastardized option offense in Georgia Southern against Wyoming. Florida State and Arizona State in a battle of two teams without their starting running backs. We cap it off with Utah’s consolation prize for getting dump-trucked by Oregon: a practical road game in San Antonio This is going to be another fun one!

I was hampered by Kylin Hill yesterday, but still hit the cash line thanks to his backup Gordon at 3%.

I can’t stress enough to pay attention to players sitting, especially as we come to bowls featuring Power Five schools. UCF had a couple of players sit last week. It was announced early in the day on Monday and both players were still around 20% owned come kickoff. Don’t donate! Give yourselves a chance!

The scoring for DraftKings college football is much the same as it is for the NFL with one notable exception: the super flex! That means aside from the flex position which is RB/WR, you can add another player from any position! Want four running backs? Go right ahead! Five wide receivers? Sure! Two quarterbacks? Of course! Just stay under the salary cap!

The super flex replaces the defense, which is essential in college football. This is all about the offense. DraftKings college football scoring realizes that!
