DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

Kristaps Porzingis ($7,800): Porzingis is only in play if Luka is out. I don’t trust Porzingis when they are on the court together. It may wind up being a successful DFS marriage at some point, but I doubt that point comes at any time this season. However, Porzingis has proven that he can put up big numbers as the focal point. Doncic just does more.

Kevin Love ($7,500): Love has been really good when he’s been able to get on the court. He has 180 DraftKings points over the last four games, which puts Love right at 6x value. He has serious problems with Siakam in the first meeting with these two teams, but with Siakam and Gasol both out, Love should have another strong game.

Honorable Mention:

Jerami Grant ($4,600): I much prefer the upside of Porter, but Grant is just on here to highlight that I may run them both. Both get good minutes for around the same price, and this is a strong matchup against the Rockets. This matchup favors Porter a little more, but Grant is not a bad option at all.

Michael Porter ($4,500): We are beginning to see why Denver was so high on this guy coming out of college. Porter has 51.5 DraftKings points in 45 minutes over the last two games with Millsap out. Millsap is out again, and Porter has cracked the starting lineup. I love Porter at this price, and the upside is enormous.

Dark Horses:

Darius Bazley ($4,200): Bazley filled in nicely for Gallinari on Sunday, putting up 23.25 DraftKings points in 30 minutes. I’ll take that for this price. Bazley could have problem getting the minutes if Gallo is back, but at the very least, I think the rookie earned himself a little more run, at least in the short term. He’s worth a value dart in GPP formats.

Marquese Chriss ($4,100): Chriss racked up 29.25 DraftKings points in just 17 minutes against Dallas. To me, this should earn him a start with WCS out tonight. The Spurs have been trash in the middle. Chriss is wildly inconsistent, but when he’s making shots, he can put up a ton of points in a hurry. I see him getting good run tonight, so I’ll try Chriss at least once.
