Shirtless man runs on Rose Bowl field tackled by swarm of security guards

A shirtless man was unrelenting on his quest to make a scene by storming the field at the 2020 Rose Bowl between the Oregon Ducks and the Wisconsin Badgers.

No shirt, big problem for this fan who caused quite the scene at the Rose Bowl.

A shirtless man tried his hardest to sprint all over the Pasadena turf, but he had the wheels of a middle school athlete. He was promptly tackled by security shortly before halftime between the 2020 edition featuring the Oregon Ducks and the Wisconsin Badgers.

He may not have been the greatest near-halftime spectacle of all time, but man, do we have to appreciate his effort. Though he was slow afoot, he would not go down without a fight.

This man is running as hard as Wisconsin running back Jonathan Taylor. Look at the leg drive. He may not have breakaway speed but you’ll need to gang-tackle him to get him to the ground.

This shirtless man gave us everything we wanted out of rushing the field, except for a Kevin Harlan play-by-play breakdown of it. Too bad this wasn’t Monday Night Football and involved a black cat…

He drew quite the reaction from the crowd. So much so, that Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez gave us yet another epic video clip from this New Year’s Six bowl game.

Alvarez pretty much says that he’d knock the guy out with his fist had he been in the scrum.

It’s a new year and we’ve already learned our first most important lesson of the 2020s: Not all heroes wear capes, in fact, some don’t even wear shirts at all.

Happy New Year, shirtless Rose Bowl dude. Hopefully, your bail money isn’t too much for you to handle. Nothing like starting the year off with a bang, but putting yourself in a financial hole in the process.
