The Tennessee Titans went on the road and upset the New England Patriots in the AFC Wild Card Round. Here is the updated AFC playoff picture and schedule.

All good things must come to an end. The No. 6 Tennessee Titans went into Gillette Stadium and knocked off the No. 3 New England Patriots, 20-13. New England will not be playing in the AFC Championship game for the first time since the 2010 NFL season. This might be the end of the Tom Brady/Bill Belichick era in Foxborough.

Brady is a free agent this upcoming offseason. While he wants to play until he is 45-years-old, the Patriots may not be willing to pay the 42-year-old quarterback his market value. It really could be the end of a dynasty for all we know. But what we do know is who will be advancing to the AFC Divisional Round and who will be playing when.

Here are the updated AFC playoff picture and television schedule.

Saturday, Jan. 11

No. 6 Tennessee Titans at No. 1 Baltimore Ravens, 8:15 p.m. ET (CBS)

Sunday, Jan. 12

No. 4 Houston Texans at No. 2 Kansas City Chiefs, 3:05 p.m. ET (CBS)

Tennessee will have its work cut out for it, as the Titans will have to play on the road vs. the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens. Though the Titans do match up pretty well with the Ravens, no team is hotter in football right now than Baltimore. However, this is Baltimore’s first time with the top seed in the AFC playoff picture since moving to Baltimore from Cleveland in 1996.

The No. 4 Houston Texans advanced on Saturday evening by skating by the No. 5 Buffalo Bills in overtime, 22-19. Houston will have to take on the No. 2-seeded Kansas City Chiefs in Arrowhead. While Kansas City has the most improved defense in football, Houston did go into Arrowhead earlier this season to hand the Chiefs a 31-24 defeat. Houston matches up decently with them.

Overall, it is so hard for teams playing on Wild Card Weekend to advance multiple times in a playoff bracket. That being said, occasionally a team will carry a ton of momentum with them and attempt to do the impossible. This is what the Texans and the Titans hope to do next week on the road in their AFC Divisional games. Will either of them be playing in the AFC Championship game?
