DraftKings NBA picks January 13: LaVine could be divine

We have a nice seven game slate for our DraftKings NBA tournaments tonight. We only have two guys priced in five figures and one may not play. Even if he does, I wont use him for that price. So we really only have one high-priced option.

First, we need to check injuries. The reports are getting quite long this time of year. I don’t list probables anymore. The report is long enough without them.

Out: Karl-Anthony Towns (knee), Joel Embiid (finger), Brandon Ingram (knee), DeMarcus Cousins (knee), Victor Oladipo (knee), Jrue Holiday (elbow), Derrick Favors (hamstring), Richaun Holmes (shoulder), Jonathan Isaac (knee), Zion Williamson (knee), Wendell Carter (ankle), JJ Redick (hamstring), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Luke Kennard (knee), Otto Porter (foot), Bogdan Bogdanovic (ankle), Daniel Theis (knee), Kevin Porter (knee), Zack Collins (shoulder), Nerlens Noel (ankle), Andre Roberson (knee), Jake Layman, (toe), Larry Nance (knee), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Skal Labissiere (knee), Robert Williams (hip), Michael Carter-Williams (shoulder), Al-Farouq Aminu (knee), Blake Griffin (knee), Reggie Jackson (back), Khyri Thomas (foot), Darius Miller (Achilles), Kenrich Williams (back).

Questionable: Anthony Davis (busted ass), Aaron Gordon (calf), D.J. Augustin (knee),  Bismack Biyombo (nose), Rajon Rondo (finger), Cory Joseph (illness), Mario Hezonja (back), Vincent Poirier (finger), Chandler Hutchison (shoulder).

Barnes should play. Brogdon’s back is fine, but he is afflicted with the illness that is plaguing the NBA. This questionable list is huge. CoJo participated in shootaround and is expected to play.

Just when I thought it was safe to trust them, Dillon Brooks and Terry Rozier single-handedly destroyed every lineup. jrent23 took it down with 355.5 DraftKings points. He built with Kawhi, Jonas, Oubre, and Graham and got nice value out of D-Russ, Paschall, Draymond, and Jarrett Allen.

Just because you don’t see someone on here doesn’t mean they aren’t a good play. I only have so much room, and I’m not going anyone a favor if I recommend more than half of the players at a position. If you have a feeling about someone, by all means, follow that. I mostly follow numbers and trends.
