59. . Quarterback. Miami Dolphins. Tua Tagovailoa. 5. player

The Miami Dolphins hold three first-round picks in the NFL Draft, with their first one coming very early at No. 5 overall. With their first of three picks, the Dolphins should look to bring in their new franchise quarterback, and Tua Tagovailoa is widely considered one of the best of the bunch in this draft class.

A devastating hip injury ended Tua’s college career, and while it looked terrible at the time, all signs point to him being 100 percent healthy eventually. That kind of report makes him easily one of the best NFL prospects in this draft class, and the Dolphins have been waiting for their franchise quarterback for some time now.

Ryan Fitzpatrick has already said he plans to play again in 2020, so even if Tua is not ready to go, they could bring him back on a team-friendly deal to hold down the fort until he is ready. This is a kid who is going to be an exciting talent at the NFL level, and with five first rounders in the next two years, Miami is a perfect landing spot.

Quarterback. Los Angeles Chargers. Justin Herbert. 6. player. 13.

The Los Angeles Chargers have decided to part ways with Philip Rivers, their long-time starting quarterback who may have played his way into Canton during his time with the franchise. With Rivers gone,  the Chargers have to figure out what they are going to do with the most important position in sports, and they could go a number of different ways.

While rumors have swirled that the team may be in the market for six-time Super Bowl winning quarterback Tom Brady, they still have to look for a long-term plan. One way they could go is by selecting Justin Herbert, a big, athletic quarterback who is fresh off leading Oregon to a Rose Bowl  title.

Herbert has the arm, and legs to be a standout player at the NFL level, and would greatly benefit by being drafted by the Chargers, even if they do go out and get Brady. This is a roster that is in win-now mode, and even as a rookie, Herbert should be able to lead this team in 2020 and beyond.
