DraftKings EuroLeague basketball picks February 5
This is the lighter side of round 23 of DraftKings EuroLeague, but this one is loaded. We have a ton of good guard options, most with good matchups. It’s a far cry from yesterday’s slate with only two high priced guards and a lot of forwards with bad matchups. First, let’s see who wont be involved in today’s festivities.
Out: Mateusz Ponitka (ankle), Alex Renfroe (knee), Colton Iverson (hand), Sam Van Rossom (hamstring), Anthony Gill (undisclosed), Jeremy Evans (undisclosed), Jordan Loyd (foot), Cory Higgins (ankle), Tarik Black (knee), Yovel Zoosman (thumb), Chris Kramer (foot), Kevin Pangos (toe), Dmitry Khvostov (ankle), Joffrey Lauvergne (personal), Omri Casspi (knee), John DiBartolomeo (pectoral), Nate Wolters (shoulder), Maksim Barashkov (undisclosed).
Questionable: Scottie Wilbekin (ankle), Mike Tobey (calf), Filip Covic (leg), Dairis Bertans (undisclosed).
Wow, St. Petersburg’s roster is banged up right now, as are the Valencia guards. There’s a ton of value on this slate to afford those big-name guards.
A poor outing from Mike James ruined an otherwise solid lineup. Sergi Garcia was a dud as well, but I could have survived that if James was closer to 40 than 20.
For DraftKings EuroLeague, we can’t expect 5x value like in the NBA. Most winning lineups are around 180-200 DraftKings points, which is around 3.5 – 4x value.
