DraftKings NBA picks February 11: LaMarcus can spark us

Yes, a five game DraftKings NBA slate seems light, but the talent in action fattens it up in a hurry. We have Harden. We have Lillard. There’s Westbrook, Simmons, Embiid, Beal, Zion, Kawhi, PG, and hordes of others. Where’s the value on this beast? That’s going to decide which way this goes. Let’s start the value hunt with the injury report.

Out: Thomas Bryant (foot), Lauri Markkanen (pelvis), Wendell Carter (ankle), Eric Gordon (leg), Otto Porter (foot), Patrick Beverley (groin), Kris Dunn (knee), Robert Williams (hip), Bruno Caboclo (knee), John Wall (Achilles), Denzel Valentine (hamstring), Andre Roberson (knee), Darius Bazley (knee), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Mario Hezonja (ankle), Darius Miller (Achilles), Kenrich Williams (back), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Zach Collins (shoulder), Nassir Little (ankle).

Questionable: Brandon Ingram (ankle), DeMar DeRozan (back), Jaylen Brown (ankle).

Alvin Gentry is hopeful that Ingram plays tonight after not practicing yesterday. So am I. Portland is not good against forwards. The Celtics hope to get Williams back on the court before the All-Star break, but even if they do, it will likely be in a very limited capacity.

Last night was mostly a dud. Poor games from Wiggins, Oladipo, and Beal didn’t help my cause. I only had one of five lineups cash.

Mocexx took it down with 392.75 DraftKings points. That was a whopping 12.25 DraftKings points ahead of second place! He built with Middleton and Bledsoe and loaded up on bigs with Siakam and Bam. Of course, you can’t win without great value. He got that out of Fox, Clarkson, and OG’s 55 DraftKings point outburst.

Just because you don’t see someone on here doesn’t mean they aren’t a good play. I only have so much room, and I’m not going anyone a favor if I recommend more than half of the players at a position. If you have a feeling about someone, by all means, follow that. I mostly follow numbers and trends.
