3. Logan Ryan (Tennessee Titans)

It’s been a pretty good run for a defender who was the 83rd overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. Former Rutgers University standout Logan Ryan was a third-round pick of the New England Patriots that year. He spent four seasons in Foxborough before signing on with the Tennessee Titans in ’17. He owns a pair of Super Bowl rings courtesy of head coach Bill Belichick and company and has never played for a team with a losing record in seven NFL campaigns.

Ryan has also been with a club that has reached the playoffs six times during his career. And his overall play has certainly been a factor in those team’s successful years. He’s shown an ability to contribute in a variety of ways, He’s missed only three regular-season contests during his brief career and played in a total of 15 postseason tilts with the Patriots (10) and Titans (5). The versatile pro comes off a 2019 showing in which he put up monster numbers, totaling team-best with 113 tackles, four forced fumbles and 18 passes defensed. He also totaled four interceptions and racked up 4.5 sacks.

In Tennessee’s three-game playoff run vs. the Patriots, Ravens and Chiefs, Ryan rolled up a club-high 25 stops, knocked down two passes and came up with another interception. All told, Titans’ general manager Jon Robinson would be wise not to let the 29-year-old defender get away this offseason.
