DraftKings NBA picks February 23: LMA brings the Thunder
We have a solid seven game Sunday, but again Staples Center hosts an early game. Unfortunately, that takes A.D., LeBron, and Tatum off of the main DraftKings NBA slate. The Rash of injuries further water down an already thin slate. It’s going to be tough.
Out: Karl-Anthony Towns (wrist), Damian Lillard (groin), D’Angelo Russell (knee), Steph Curry (hand), John Wall (Achilles), Draymond Green (pelvis), Luke Kennard (knee), Wendell Carter (ankle), Lauri Markkanen (pelvis), Norman Powell (finger), Chandler Hutchison (shoulder), Otto Porter (foot), Marc Gasol (hamstring), Kris Dunn (knee), Luke Kornet (ankle), Jake Layman (toe), Patrick McCaw (illness), Dewan Hernandez (ankle), Rodney Hood (Achilles), Jusuf Nurkic (leg), Mario Hezonja (ankle), Zach Collins (shoulder), Blake Griffin (knee), Andre Roberson (knee), Deonte Burton (illness), Darius Bazley (knee), Klay Thompson (knee), Darius Miller (Achilles), Kenrich Williams (back), Denzel Valentine (hamstring), Bol Bol (foot), Evan Turner (buyout).
Questionable: Victor Oladipo (back), Marquese Chriss (calf), Edmond Sumner (hip), Anzejs Pasecniks (hip).
This is a simple enough injury report. Gordon’s status will affect Rockets value, but other than that, we aren’t waiting on anything. That’s very nice on a weekend!
I just missed the cash line of 282 twice because of misguided Heat value. Jeff Green didn’t help any either. Giannis and Harden were golden though.
Futurebeyondsatan took it down with a solid 367.75 DraftKings points. He built with John Collins, Ayton, THJ, and LeVert and got nice value out of Kleber, Conley, and Rubio while finally getting value out of Kendrick Nunn again.
Just because you don’t see someone on here doesn’t mean they aren’t a good play. I only have so much room, and I’m not going anyone a favor if I recommend more than half of the players at a position. If you have a feeling about someone, by all means, follow that. I mostly follow numbers and trends.
