28. . Linebacker. Las Vegas Raiders. Kenneth Murray. 19. player

The Las Vegas Raiders will enter their new era in Sin City in 2020, and the hope is they can use this offseason to fill their biggest holes on the roster. Earlier in round one, they add an elite wide receiver in CeeDee Lamb, filling their biggest hole on offense, and with pick No. 19 overall, they fill their biggest hole on defense.

For the Raiders, the linebacker position has been an issue for years, and sitting here with the Chicago Bears’ first-round pick, they add a quality one in Kenneth Murray from Oklahoma. Murray has the size, speed, and strength to play on the inside, or even out, making him the most versatile linebacker in this draft class outside of Isaiah Simmons from Clemson.

Sure, people are clamoring for the Raiders to package their first-round picks and move up to get Simmons, but Murray is one heck of a consolation prize if they hold on to their picks. They have too many issues to give away draft picks at this point, and by selecting Murray and Lamb in the first, they make their roster strong at their weakest spots.

52. . Safety. Jacksonville Jaguars. Xavier McKinney. 20. player

During the 2019 NFL season, the Jacksonville Jaguars made the decision to move on from Jalen Ramsey, who just happens to be one of the better defensive backs in all of football. That trade to the Los Angeles Rams netted the Jaguars the Rams’ first-round pick, here at No. 20 overall.

For the Jaguars, they need to use this pick to bolster their defensive backfield, which also may take a hit with A.J. Bouye leaving via free agency. The best safety in this draft class is Alabama’s Xavier McKinney, and while he is not a cornerback, he is a quality secondary piece, and the Jaguars have issues at safety as well.

Holding two first round picks should help this Jaguars team rebound, as they were supposed to be a playoff team last season. Of course, they have to figure out the quarterback position, and fill holes on both sides of the ball, but there is talent in Duval, and the AFC South has been pretty balanced the last two years.
