DraftKings NBA Power Forwards:

Best Bets:

Giannis Antetokounmpo ($11,200): Forget the numbers here. Giannis put up 64.25 DraftKings points on the Lakers in the first meeting. He’s going to be a huge part of this offense again. This is a battle of league heavyweights and this time Giannis gets to defend his home court. I expect a big game out of both Giannis and LeBron. Good luck fitting them both in.

Anthony Davis ($9,800): This may not seem like a good matchup for Davis, but he put up 65 DraftKings points in the first game against the Bucks. For the record, that was the most DraftKings points of anyone in that game. Davis is also the lowest price of the stars in that game. This is a sneaky good spot for Davis.

Honorable Mention:

Aaron Gordon ($8,600): It should come as no surprised that Gordon smashed Minnesota in the first meeting. He put up 56.75 DraftKings points in that one. Gordon seems to be earthbound again after a couple of weeks in orbit. That’s the way it usually goes with Gordon. The residual high price would be enough to keep me off of him if he were playing anyone but Minnesota.

Davis Bertans ($5,600): Bertans has at least 30 DraftKings points in three straight games. He finally seems to be back to where he was before the injury sidelined him for a month. Washington definitely needs the scoring he provides and Bertans gets another juicy matchup here. He’s one of my favorite mid tier plays tonight.

Juancho Hernangomez ($5,500): Juancho had the best game of his career against Orlando last week when he put up 50.25 DraftKings points in that one. This was not a spot where the Magic should have struggled. That had me off of Juancho the first time around. I’m not quite sure what to think of this. We now know what Juancho is capable of, and the price is cheap enough to throw him out there in one lineup just in case.

Dark Horses:

James Johnson ($4,900): Johnson doesn’t have much upside to speak of, but he does if DraftKings keeps his price in this range. Johnson has at least 27 DraftKings points in all but one game as a member of the Timberwolves. Not only is he a good value, Johnson is a very safe value.

Kelly Olynyk ($3,900): Miami is loaded and runs a lot of players, so there hasn’t been an abundance of minutes out there for Olynyk. He has been doing a lot with his limited minutes though. Olynyk is a huge risk since he never plays more than 20 minutes, but he routinely breaks 25 DraftKings points. How desperate are you?
