player. 36. . Edge. Seattle Seahawks. Yetur Gross-Matos. 27

The Seattle Seahawks brought in Jadeveon Clowney prior to the 2019 NFL season, and while he played well in spurts, there is no way the team will be bringing him back in 2020. Clowney is going to be expected a huge contract as he enters free agency, and the Seahawks have a lot of holes to fill this offseason.

If Clowney does leave, the Seahawks can address this need late in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft by selecting a strong edge rusher from Penn State. Yetur Gross-Matos has everything you look for in an elite edge rusher at the NFL level, and this Seahawks defense is going to need reinforcements at the position.

Seattle will once again be a top  team in the NFC next season, but their deficiencies on defense could prove to be costly once again. They have an elite quarterback in Russell Wilson, and a solid roster up and down, and if L.J. Collier takes a step forward in 2020, and they add Gross-Matos, that is a solid duo at this position group.

. Linebacker. Baltimore Ravens. Patrick Queen. 28. player. 26

The Baltimore Ravens saw Pro Bowl guard Marshal Yanda retire on Tuesday, ending an incredible run with the team that should land him in the Pro Football Hall of Fame. During free agency, or even the NFL Draft, the team is going to have to find his replacement, but it will be almost impossible to get someone who has had his kind of impact on the field.

Looking at  the other side of the ball, the Ravens are still looking for C.J. Mosley’s replacement, their star linebacker who fled to the New York Jets this past offseason. At pick No. 28 in the first round, the Ravens could look to add LSU’s Patrick Queen, and incredibly athletic linebacker who can play inside, or out.

Baltimore is going to be right back in the mix in terms of the AFC Playoffs next season, but they have some big holes to fill  this offseason. This is a team that needs to bring in talent at linebacker this offseason, and in Queen, they may just get the player who turns out to be the best of the bunch in terms of this draft class.
