46. . Wide Receiver. Indianapolis Colts. CeeDee Lamb. 13. player

The Indianapolis Colts are going to be in the market for one of these big-name free agent quarterbacks, whether it is Tom Brady, Philip Rivers, or even Teddy Bridgewater. However, if they cannot get one of them, they have a very capable quarterback on their roster in Jacoby Brissett, who should be better in Year 2 as the starter.

Brissett was forced into action this past summer when Andrew Luck retired unexpectedly, so he should be better prepared heading into this season. No matter who is at quarterback next season, the Colts could use some help at the wide receiver position, and they get some in the person of CeeDee Lamb at No. 13 overall.

Lamb is widely considered the most NFL-ready wide receiver in this draft class, and him dropping to No. 13 would make it impossible for the Colts to pass up on him. This is a team  that is ready to win now, has a great offensive line, and if they can get some more weapons on the outside, it will make this offense even more explosive.

player. 48. . Quarterback. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jordan Love. 14

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers look to be moving on from Jameis Winston, a player they took with the first overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. This past season, Winston threw for more yards than any other quarterback in football, but unfortunately for Bucs fans, he also showed a tendency to throw the ball to the other team.

Heading into this offseason, the expectation is that the team will be in play for a free agent to come in and start right away, but that does not mean they should pass up on Jordan Love here. Bruce Arians is a quarterback whisperer, and in Love, he would get the kind of project arm that could develop into a franchise guy down the line.

The Buccaneers are an interesting spot for any quarterback, as they have elite talent at wide receiver, but also are a bit lacking up front along the offensive line. While they could go a number of different routes with this pick, Love could be the future in Tampa Bay, and he has all the physical abilities to be a good one.
