5th round

166. player. 834. . LB. Hurricanes . Shaquille Quarterman

The 2020 draft’s crop of linebackers offer plenty of interesting upside prospects but one flying under the radar is Miami’s Shaquille Quarterman.

Quarterman amassed nearly 400 tackles as a four-year starter with the Hurricanes, including a whopping 46.5 tackles for loss. That wealth of experience is invaluable and should allow him to be at minimum a significant special teams contributor for Doug Pederson’s team next season.

168. player. 2115. . EDGE. Green Wave . Trevis Gipson

Day 3 of the NFL Draft is home to the “traits” prospects and Tulsa EDGE Trevis Gipson certainly fits that mold. Gipson has great length and explosiveness but is still raw from a technique standpoint.

Gipson doubled his sack total from his junior (4.0) to senior year (8.0) with the Green Wave and the arrow is certainly pointing up if the Philadelphia coaching staff is able to unlock his full potential.

6th round

190. player. 893. . OL. Bulldogs . Darryl Williams

The sixth round is a prime spot for depth picks on both sides of the line and Darryl Williams is one such player who could fit that description for the Eagles.

Williams is a bit undersized but offers plenty of playing experience and positional flexibility that should make him a good option for the Eagles on Day 3.

Philadelphia’s new Pass Game Coordinator, Andrew Breiner, spent the last two seasons on the Mississippi State staff which gave him an up-close look at Williams and how he could fit with his new NFL team.
