Patrick Mahomes’ dogs have their own Instagram and it’s adorable
Patrick Mahomes may be Superman on the football field but when he walks off the gridiron, he acts just like the rest of us and takes pictures of his dogs.
There is no denying we are living through an insanely stressful period of world history.
As everyone hunkers down in their homes and apartments in an attempt to stop the spread of COVID-19, we are all looking for productive ways to distract ourselves. Some are turning to exercise and meditation. Others are binging Netflix shows or playing hours of video games.
Many more are turning to the greatest time-waster of all; the Internet. Especially the Internet’s favorite pass time, looking at pictures of other people’s pets.
Hell, I have only been working from home for about two weeks now and I am pretty sure I can pick one of my co-worker’s cat’s meows out of a lineup. Or…err…meowup?
Go ahead, roll your eyes. I’ll wait.
At any rate, we’re not here to talk about my co-worker’s cat. We are here to talk about Patrick Mahomes’ dogs because they have their own Instagram.
Mahomes’ girlfriend, Brittany Matthews, tweeted a reminder today that if any of her followers are looking for a smile, they need only follow the Mahomes dogs on the ‘gram.

Here we have the Mahomes dogs, Steel and Siver, clearly living their best lives by the pool. It is moments like these when I really have to take a hard look in the mirror and ask myself why the hell I decided to live in Chicago instead of…literally anywhere else warm and with a pool.
