Indianapolis Colts full 2020 NFL mock draft

Third Round
With Pro Bowl quarterbacks in the division like Deshaun Watson and Ryan Tannehill, it is more important than ever for the Colts to have a solid pass rush. They might have a future Pro Football Hall of Famer joining their backfield in Philip Rivers, but being able to make things more challenging for their division rivals to throw the football down the field will be a huge plus.
Look for the Colts to draft someone like Bradlee Anae out of the University of Utah at No. 75 in the third round to help provide Indianapolis some pressure coming off the edge. While Anae’s draft stock has taken a dip in the last few weeks, this feels like a good value play for Ballard and the Colts to make. It wasn’t all that long ago Anae was projected to be a second-round player.
At 6-foot-3 and 265 pounds, Anae has the frame to play in multiple pass-rushing situations for the Colts. Defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus should have a lot of fun lining his new pass-rushing toy up to get after the opposing quarterback. Plus, Anae played in a lot of big games during his time in Salt Lake City for Kyle Whittingham in the Pac-12.
Anae leaves the Utes with 131 total tackles in 39 career games played. 40 of those 131 tackles went for a loss of yardage. He also had 29.5 sacks in his college career, including 13 of them coming in his senior season with Utah in 2019. For a guy this proven as a pass rusher in college to fall to a well-run team like the Colts in third round, this could be an absolute steal for Indianapolis.
