With two top-five running backs and three solid quarterbacks, the NFC East is full of talent for fantasy football owners.

The NFC East has been a revolving door for division winners over the last 15 years. There hasn’t been a repeat winner since the Eagles in 2003 and 2004. Entering this season, three of the four teams have a good chance to win the division. However, all four can give you fantasy football production.

The Cowboys were able to bring back their top wide receiver to help support their young quarterback and running back. They did lose a veteran pass-catcher, so there is an opportunity for someone to step up.

The Giants added two pieces, a running back and tight end, to help everyone around them. They will both have value in deeper leagues. The Eagles lost a running back and have questions at the wide receiver position. The Redskins as a team are not good but there are some fantasy football-relevant players to draft.

I will be doing a piece for all eight divisions, leading up to (hopefully) week 1 of the 2020 fantasy football season. I will break down the offensive depth charts, let you know which players are worth drafting and which ones you should avoid. I will also include a player I see breaking out due to the moves made this offseason.

Based on your league’s settings, each owner values a player differently. A 2QB league will boost the value of quarterbacks more than a 1QB league will. The same can be said for leagues with multiple flex spots or a super-utility spot.

So, without further ado, here is my 2020 fantasy football breakdown of the NFC East, starting with the Dallas Cowboys.
