. . Atlanta Falcons. 24. team. 44.

Atlanta needs to shore up both lines. That’s a tough spot to be in after free agency.

. . . Las Vegas Raiders. 23. team. 28

The Raiders have been very active, but the offense still needs weapons and the defense is without talent at cornerback. Plus, Derek Carr is the epitome of a guy.

13. . . . Los Angeles Chargers. 22. team

The Chargers have one of the best rosters in the league, but they have a litany of injury-prone players and Tyrod Taylor at quarterback.

53. . . . Cleveland Browns. 21. team

Cleveland needs to prove it’s worthy of being higher than the low 20s. The Browns have talent, but can they put it together for the first time in 30 years?

team. 47. . . . New England Patriots. 20

Bill Belichick keeps the Patriots this high. The roster, and specifically the quarterback situation, is very underwhelming.

. . Houston Texans. 19. team. 10.

The Texans traded DeAndre Hopkins for David Johnson and a second-round pick. Seriously.

. . Los Angeles Rams. 18. team. 51.

Los Angeles has some upside, but it feels as though this team peaked two years ago and is trending downward.

. . Denver Broncos. 17. team. 45.

If the Broncos get a major step from Drew Lock, they could be a playoff team. If he turns out to be a placeholder, they could go 6-10.
