3. Tyler Boyd will go over 1,500 yards receiving

Boyd took advantage of A.J. Green’s injury absence and turned in a massive season in 2019. Some people believe his production is set to dip with Green’s return to the lineup.

It’s much more likely that Boyd’s production continues to rise. Firstly, projecting Green to enjoy a healthy 16-game campaign at this stage of his career is a bad bet. He’ll probably miss significant time again. That means Boyd will still get plenty of games as the team’s No. 1 wideout.

It’s also entirely possible that Boyd can benefit from Green lining up on the other side of the field. He doesn’t have the explosive athleticism to run away from the top corners in the NFL. Conversely, he’s much too talented for No. 2 corners or nickel backs to handle. The attention Green attracts can help Boyd make big plays.

There’s also the obvious upgrade at quarterback from Dalton to Burrow. The rookie may not grasp the offense as well as the veteran, but he possesses a much bigger arm. That’s going to equal more down field strikes for Boyd. Another year of 1,500 yards receiving would turn Boyd into a bonafide star.
