2. Marquise Brown will go over 1,000 yards receiving

Brown made a ton of highlight plays for the Ravens last year, but his overall numbers prove that he wasn’t all that consistent. Teams expect their No. 1 wide receivers to produce more than 46 catches for 584 yards.

In fairness to Brown, his production increased sharply down the stretch. He seemed to really get a grasp of his role down the stretch. The Ravens are counting on him to build off that momentum in 2020.

He certainly has the talent to strike fear in the hearts of opposing defensive coordinators. What he lacks in size and stature he more than makes up for in speed and quickness. Brown is one of the few players in the NFL who is a legitimate threat to score a touchdown every time he touches the ball.

The key for Brown next year will be to catch enough boring passes to really boost his stats. He should be the most prominent beneficiary of Baltimore’s need to throw the ball more often. His yards per catch average will dip in 2020, but his increase in catches will push him over the 1,000 yard mark by a nose.
