Davante Adams is one of the best receivers in the NFL when healthy but the Packers lack a dependable No. 2 target. Adding Tee Higgins who has 2,103 yards and 25 touchdowns the last year as Lawrence’s top target at Clemson the last two years could make the Packers a Super Bowl contender and not a regression candidate after last year’s 13-win season.
