Kansas City Chiefs 2020 mock draft: Full 7 rounds
By Conor Dorney
4th round
It seems unfair to give Kansas City a unique weapon like Memphis’ Antonio Gibson but here I am doing that very thing in round four.
Gibson is one of the most intriguing skill position prospects of the 2020 class whose explosiveness (4.39 40-yard dash) should see him selected in the top four rounds despite just one season of starting experience.
Gibson made the most of his one year as a starter for the Tigers, averaging a ridiculous 19.3 yards per reception with eight touchdowns while adding 11.2 yards per carry as a rusher. He has worked primarily at wide receiver during the pre-draft process but is unique in the sense that he also has the frame to handle running back duties.
I could see Gibson becoming a Swiss Army knife of a weapon in the Kansas City offense, splitting time as a slot receiver and running back for the Chiefs.
