3. Travis Kelce

With all due respect to George Kittle, Travis Kelce is the best tight end in the NFL.

Kelce has been ridiculously productive his entire career and like a fine wine, he is only getting better with age. He turned in a ho-hum 97 catches for 1,229 yards and five touchdowns in 2019. Like some of his star teammates, Kecle took his game to another level in the postseason. He singlehandedly wrecked the Houston Texans, catching 10 balls for 134 yards and three touchdowns.

In the Super Bowl, Kelce came up big, snagging six passes for 43 yards and a touchdown. Perhaps most importantly, Kelce is a key security blanket for Patrick Mahomes.

If Kelce retired tomorrow, he would have a strong case for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. His candidacy was only bolstered by being named the Second-Team tight end on the NFL’s 2010s All-Decade Team.
