5. LB Kylie Fitts

The Cardinals have a linebacking group with plenty of opportunities at the depth positions. Right now, it looks like Kylie Fitts could be the SAM behind pass rusher Chandler Jones. That is a great opportunity for any player, and especially for one entering year three looking to stay in the NFL.

Fitts was originally drafted by the Chicago Bears in 2018, but was released last August. A few days later he was on the Cardinals practice squad. In early December, he was on the active roster for Arizona, appearing in three games on special teams.

In 2020, Fitts will have to expand his special teams role as well as developing a role defensively. If he becomes a stud on special teams, the plays on defense will surely follow. He is a boom or bust player in year three with his back up against the ropes.
