Scouting Report. WR. player. 45. Don't overthink this.. Alabama. Henry Ruggs III. 15

The Broncos have been linked to every wide receiver under the sun in the first round and wind up here with Alabama’s dynamic speedster, Henry Ruggs III. Denver could see Drew Lock developing an immediate rapport with the former Crimson Tide star as his new deep threat.

Pick from the alternate universe: Jerry Jeudy

Scouting Report. OT. 53. Don't overthink this.. Boise State. Ezra Cleveland. 16. player

*projected trade w/ Atlanta*

Cleveland in Cleveland? It’s a match made in heaven, especially if the team can’t make Derrick Brown a Brown.

Pick from the alternate universe: Josh Jones

Kenneth Murray. player. Oklahoma. LB. 17. 87. Scouting Report. Don't overthink this.

*projected trade w/ Dallas*

With Isaiah Simmons already off the board by pick seven, Carolina trades back to add draft capital and still lands an impact player at linebacker. A former Big 12 standout, Murray is big, fast and universally-lauded for his character, which is a great start for Matt Rhule’s rebuild with the Panthers.

Pick from the alternate universe: Isaiah Simmons

OT. player. Houston. Josh Jones. 18. 32. Scouting Report. Don't overthink this.

*projected trade w/ Miami*

If Wirfs and Brown are off the board, expect the Cards to trade back and recoup some draft capital lost in the DeAndre Hopkins trade. Houston’s Josh Jones is a perfect fit in the Air Raid offense and was coached last season by Brandon Jones, who served as Kliff Kingsbury’s offensive line coach at Texas Tech.

Pick from the alternate universe: AJ Epenesa

Scouting Report. TCU. Jalen Reagor. 19. Don't overthink this.. WR. player. 28

Mike Mayock has been adamant about needing to score more points next season and TCU’s Jalen Reagor is probably the most explosive receiver in the draft not named Henry Ruggs III. Reagor adds a dynamic deep threat and is probably the first of several picks at the position for Las Vegas in this draft.

Pick from the alternate universe: Jordan Love
