48. Pick Analysis. 9. NFC. South. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. player. Scouting Report

With Tom Brady now quarterbacking the Bucs, they don’t need a starter, but he’s signed for two years and the need for a backup is still imminent. As of now, Blaine Gabbert is the backup and while he’s not the worst option in the world, he won’t be the long-term answer when Brady calls it a career (whenever that might be).

Rosen could provide a potential long-term answer. He’d get to learn from arguably the best quarterback of all-time while also gaining the tutelage of Bruce Arians – who has been dubbed as a quarterback whisperer. Who would be better for Rosen than the quarterback whisperer himself?

With the Bucs already spending serious cash this offseason, this isn’t a likely move, but it’d make sense. Tampa would have a viable backup behind the durable Brady and would also have a potential long-term plan once Brady’s career came to an end.

If there’s anyone who could help Rosen get back on the right path, it’d be Brady and Arians. This would be a tremendous fit for the UCLA kid.
