The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looking to get back to the playoffs with Tom Brady under center and winning these five games would really help.

The NFL landscape changed this offseason when Tom Brady chose to bring his talents down south. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have not made the playoffs since 2007, but that has a great chance of changing with Brady under center.

The arrival of Brady should bolster an offense that was already pretty good with Jameis Winston a year ago. Add in a stout defense filled with playmakers and the ingredients are all there for a playoff run in Tampa.

Let’s take a look at the five games that the Buccaneers have to win in order to reach the postseason, including a matchup with the defending Super Bowl champions.

5. Home: Kansas City Chiefs

This home date with the Chiefs should offer an excellent barometer as to how good Tampa Bay can be this season. Few teams have the firepower necessary to keep up with Kansas City, but the Buccaneers are a rare exception.

Brady has the tools necessary to go head-to-head with Patrick Mahomes in a shootout. With the contest at Raymond James Stadium, the Buccaneers have an excellent chance to score an upset over the NFL’s top team.
