7. Green Bay Packers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Games that feature marquee quarterback matchups are always intriguing, including this meeting between Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady. The Green Bay Packers will travel to Raymond James Stadium to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but all the headlines will focus on the matchup between Rodgers and Brady.

The two future Hall-of-Famers have only met twice before, which seems absolutely criminal but is a product of the NFL schedule and an unfortunate late-season injury sustained by Rodgers in 2010. The series has been an even split so far, with Rodgers guiding the Packers to a late win in 2014 while Brady returned the favor in a 31-17 rout at Gillette Stadium in 2018.

This could potentially be the final regular-season meeting between the two legends, so that alone makes it worth the price of admission. The contest should also hold potential playoff implications since the Packers and Buccaneers figure to be competing for postseason spots in the loaded NFC.

Green Bay has an easier path to January as the favorites in the NFC North while the Buccaneers have to deal with the New Orleans Saints in the NFC South. This game is clearly more important to Tampa Bay, which is fine given Brady’s history in pressure-packed games.

There is some potential for a shootout between the two veteran gunslingers as well, which only adds to the intrigue. Brady-Rodgers III is definitely one of the most interesting games of the upcoming season.
