The NFL’s 2020 schedule is officially out, so let’s take a look at how the three primetime packages stack up in comparison to one another.

The NFL is coming through for diehard sports fans once again, offering some fresh content to discuss. The league dropped its 2020 schedule and it looked largely normal despite rumors about crazy contingencies built in if the season gets delayed to the COVID-19 pandemic.

With everything all set, now is a perfect time to start reviewing the league’s primetime packages. Let’s start out with Sunday Night Football.

Sunday Night Football: Best games

Before we take a deep dive into the SNF slate, let’s lay out the full package of games that NBC will get in 2020.

It is always important to remember that Sunday night games can be flexed out after Week 4 if they turn into duds, but that shouldn’t be much of an issue here. The NFL has loaded up NBC with plenty of marquee matchups, including a gem in Week 15 featuring the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys.

Fans of the Cowboys will get plenty of attention on NBC with matchups against the Eagles and Rams also on tap. The Saints will get a few big Sunday night matchups against the Packers and Buccaneers, with NBC also getting a huge Sunday grudge match between the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers.
