Kansas City Chiefs 2020 schedule predictions: Picking every game
Weeks 13-17
The Chiefs take care of business at home again, running away from the Denver Broncos 31-10 at Arrowhead Stadium. Drew Lock’s second experience at Arrowhead doesn’t go much better than his first when the Chiefs won 23-3.
The Chiefs will easily handle the rebuilding Miami Dolphins, picking up a 35-17 win in south Florida. Miami’s cornerback duo of Byron Jones and Xavier Howard is legit but Mahomes works the seams to deadly effect in this victory.
The first and presumably only meeting between Mahomes and Drew Brees is destined to be an instant classic. The difference between two very even teams is home field, which the Saints have and ride to a 38-35 win over the Chiefs at the Superdome.
This game proves to be much tighter than initially anticipated since Atlanta has a lot of the ingredients necessary to give Kansas City a fight. Home field is the difference here as the Chiefs win 24-21 in a gut-it-out game.
The Chargers may think they can win now but Tyrod Taylor simply can’t keep up with Patrick Mahomes on the road. Kansas City gets a big game out of the 2018 MVP to win another home divisional game.
