2. Tennessee Titans

The Titans made a nice find with wide receiver A.J. Brown in the second round of last year’s draft, and his chemistry with Ryan Tannehill was notable (20.2 yards per catch). But on the flip side of that is Corey Davis, the No. 5 pick in the 2017 draft who did not have his fifth-year option picked up this offseason.

Tennessee’s offense is sure to revolve around Derrick Henry and the running game again this year. And barring agreement on a multi-year deal, they may go the Cowboys-DeMarco Murray path and run Henry into the ground this year before letting him leave. But a more capable quarterback really unlocked things last year, and adding another weapon in the passing game could be on the radar if there were an opportunity.

The Titans have just enough cap space right now ($21.3 million, via Over The Cap) to take on Green’s salary for this year. But they could clear more space by sending someone back to Cincinnati in a deal, and upgrade their receiving core in a major way.
