No. 20 – Hunter Sallis – Combo Guard – 6-foot-3, 165 pounds – Omaha, NE

The combo guard from Omaha has received a good deal of high major interest from the likes of Gonzaga, Kansas, Tennessee, Arkansas, Florida, Louisville, UCLA, and most recently North Carolina. Sallis shows exceptional athleticism, quickness, and the ability to score at all levels. His body control is very good on the dribble and driving to the basket.

Sallis could be a good fit next to a more traditional point guard in a multiple ball-handler system. He’s still early in his recruitment and his list hasn’t been narrowed at all, nor does 247Sports have a Crystal Ball prediction. Kansas could be the favorite for being closer to home for Sallis and Arkansas is heavily in the mix as well, but we’ll take the chance that he heads to play for Roy Williams at North Carolina.

PREDICTION: North Carolina Tar Heels

No. 19 – JD Davidson – PG – 6-foot-3, 175 pounds – Letohatchee, AL

Davidson has rocketed up recruiting lists with a junior season where he averaged more than 30 ppg. According to Evan Daniels from 247Sports, Alabama, Auburn, Memphis, Mississippi State, and Mississippi are the schools that have both offered and prioritized Davidson thus far. Recently, the likes of Florida State, Kansas, and LSU have made pushes, and the interest from the Seminoles seems very strong. While high major interest could continue pouring in if Davidson keeps the upward trajectory during his senior season, we think the Alabama Mr. Basketball would be a great fit close to home in Tuscaloosa playing for Nate Oats.

PREDICTION: Alabama Crimson Tide
