Maxx Crosby, EDGE, Las Vegas Raiders

It’s fair to point out that Crosby may already have emerged as a star in 2019. 10 sacks is great production for any fourth round draft pick. The idea that Crosby might do even more this season is enough to work Jon Gruden into a frenzy.

Crosby could benefit greatly by Clelin Ferrell developing into a quality player on the other side of the defensive line. If that happens, Crosby has a chance to blossom into an All-Pro. It might be a year or two early to make that prediction, but the talent is there for him to make that sort of leap.

Austin Ekeler, RB, Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers let Melvin Gordon go for a reason. They believe Ekeler has the potential to be their No. 1 running back in 2020. If the team really sticks with Tyrod Taylor as their starting quarterback they’ll need Ekeler to be a star.

Look for him to get a ton of carries early on. Los Angeles wants their offense to flourish by running the ball frequently. Ekeler is going to get every chance to lead the NFL in carries and yards.
