New York Giants: WR Odell Beckham Jr (2014 1st Round, No. 12)

The marriage didn’t end well but you can’t deny that Odell Beckham Jr was the best player the Giants have drafted in the last decade.

Beckham made his mark with a three-finger catch on Sunday Night Football, a sign he was going to be one of the most dynamic playmakers in football. Off-the-field antics fed up the Giants, who dealt the three-time Pro Bowler to the Cleveland Browns for Jabrill Peppers and a pair of draft picks.

New York Jets: S Jamal Adams (2017 1st Round, No. 6)

The Jets haven’t had a great decade drafting, but Jamal Adams is a notable exception. Since he arrived in New York Adams has become one of the most impactful safeties in football. Adams took his game to another level in 2019, racking up 6.5 sacks, 75 tackles, two forced fumbles and an interception on his way to First-Team All-Pro status.

Philadelphia Eagles: DT Fletcher Cox (2012 1st Round, No. 12)

This pick came down to either Fletcher Cox or Lane Johnson, but we’ll go with Cox by a slim margin. Cox has become the best defensive tackle in football this side of Aaron Donald, making five straight trips to the Pro Bowl and earning four All-Pro Team appearances.

The Eagles have also seen Cox become the linchpin of their defense, a focal point that other teams have to account for in their gameplans.
